This early 1920’s American Tudor is built into a steep, rocky ledge in the historic Millbrook District – a residential area with many exceptional period homes. The house, a fine example of a CFA Voysey – inspired Arts & Crafts home, required a substantial addition and complete restoration. The wonderful scale and stepped stone terraces were preserved by placing the addition on the back of the house. Extensive terraces, walls and other landscape improvements integrated the new addition into the hill and continued the tradition of the existing house.
