1996 American Institute of Architects Award for Architectural Design
From 1907 to1910 Charles and Henry Greene created four astonishing homes that changed American architecture. Called the Ultimate Bungalows, the Blacker, Gamble, Pratt, and Thorsen homes are masterworks: fusions of architecture and nature. With great respect and admiration, Matthew Bialecki Associates designed the Studley Residence as a tribute to the Greenes' landmark work.
