This historic 1904 Arts and Crafts Cottage was featured in Good Housekeeping Magazine in 1912 as the home of independent businesswoman “Miss Flora Mai Holly.” The house is on the Stamford historic register and features extensive arts and crafts woodworking, a rustic stone fireplace, built-in bookcases and a an expansive sleeping porch. The renovation and addition included construction of a new study and master bedroom suite and an enlarged living/media room.
